Cryptopay is looking for a Head of Product to lead our core B2B crypto-processing product.
This is a mature product that has been operating for more than a decade and serves B2B merchants across multiple markets.
We are looking for a product leader who can take full ownership of the product direction: understand the market and customer needs, define priorities, build and maintain a clear roadmap, and personally drive the most important initiatives through execution.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will work at both strategic and implementation level and remain close to С-level management, Engineering, Business Analysis, Compliance, Operations and Commercial teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Cryptopay’s B2B crypto-processing product.
- Translate business goals, market insights and customer needs into clear product priorities and executable initiatives.
- Personally lead key product initiatives end-to-end — from problem definition and product logic to launch, acceptance and post-release improvement.
- Lead and manage the Engineering and QA teams, ensuring clear priorities, strong execution, effective collaboration and alignment with the product roadmap.
- Drive the rollout and further development of new payment capabilities, including virtual IBANs and fiat-to-crypto flows, working through product, technical and partner-related dependencies.
- Shape and evolve anti-fraud and transaction risk capabilities together with Compliance, Risk and Engineering.
- Define and improve complex payment flows, integrations, business rules, edge cases and product constraints together with Engineering and Business Analysis.
- Work closely with Compliance, Legal, Risk and Operations to turn regulatory and operational requirements into scalable product solutions.
- Use product, payment and commercial metrics to prioritise development and measure product performance.
- Align Engineering, Delivery, Data, Operations and commercial teams around shared product priorities and decisions.
- Continuously improve product processes and ownership as the product and business grow.
Requirements
- Solid product management experience, with meaningful ownership of fintech, payments or financial infrastructure products.
- Experience in a Head of Product, Product Lead, Lead Product Manager or highly autonomous Senior Product Manager role with broad product responsibility.
- Strong track record of owning products end-to-end, from strategy and problem definition through launch, measurement and further development.
- Strong experience with B2B payments, payment processing, PSPs, payment infrastructure, banking infrastructure, BaaS, wallets, crypto-fiat products or similar regulated financial products.
- Practical understanding of transaction and money flows, payment providers, APIs and complex third-party integrations.
- Experience working in a regulated environment and making product decisions together with Compliance, Legal and Risk.
- Ability to understand regulatory and operational constraints and convert them into workable product logic.
- Strong commercial mindset: experience with product economics, pricing, unit economics, business cases, revenue or margin impact.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using product and payment metrics to make decisions.
- Ability to work directly with Engineering and understand technical constraints without becoming a solution architect or delivery manager.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to defend product decisions at senior-management level.
- Fluent Russian and strong professional English.
