Product Manager (AutoShip)

• • Ghent (Belgium)

Job description

🌍 We’re making security suck less for developers.

Security tools haven’t kept up with how software is built today. They interrupt teams, slow releases, and turn security into a bottleneck instead of a capability. We built Aikido to change that. Aikido builds developer-first security products that reduce real risk without getting in the way of shipping software. We focus on what actually matters and automate the rest.

We’re taking on legacy security tools that teams have been stuck with, and we’re winning. If you want to help us take market share and build products developers actually enjoy using, you’re in the right place.

Founded in 2022 by third-time founders, Aikido has $85M in the bank and a long runway ahead. We’re building toward self-securing software. Join an all-star team. Take real ownership. Push boundaries. Build things that matter.

We are looking for a Product Manager who can drive the remediation vertical forward. AutoFix and AutoShip are Aikido’s automated remediation products: they take security findings from scan to production. AutoFix turns vulnerabilities in dependencies, code, IaC, and containers into reviewable pull requests. AutoShip then deploys those PRs, smoke-tests them, watches for regressions, and ships the fix so engineers can keep building features.

Responsibilities:

• You own AutoFix and AutoShip as a product vertical: grow usage, quality, and revenue.

• Drive the vertical: set the roadmap, define what “winning” looks like (PRs created, merged, shipped, time-to-fix), and enable the team toward those outcomes continuously.

• Build and run full AutoFix and AutoShip flows yourself (scan, generate PRs, trigger deploys, smoke tests, monitoring, rollback) so you know where the product breaks before customers do.

• Test competitive products hands-on (AutoFix, dependency bots, AI code repair, deploy automation)

• Work with engineering, design, and GTM to ship, package, and sell the loop from finding to fix to production, and keep customers in the loop on what changed.

Job requirements

• Experience as a PM in B2B SaaS, ideally in developer tools, security, or DevOps, where you owned a product from problem through production.

• Engineering or engineering-manager background, or enough hands-on PM experience that you can reason about CI/CD, PRs, deploys, and what it takes to ship software safely.

• Comfortable setting up and running real product flows yourself, not only writing specs: Git, CI, staging, monitoring, and the last mile to production.

• Strong communicator who can work with engineers, designers, customers, and GTM, and can break complex technical work into clear priorities.

• Analytical and customer-focused: you use data and customer evidence to decide what to build next.

• Fluent English.

What you can expect

• Short decision lines. Big ownership. Shape the projects that matter and ship fast.

• Grow as fast as we do. Take on more, own more, and carve out your own path.

• Top-tier tech pay and equity.

• High trust, strong values, zero corporate BS.

• Flexibility in working hours.

• A company that sticks to its values in an open and informal atmosphere.

We hire for talent, drive, and potential. Everything else is noise.
